Ingredients
2 plantains, grated
1/2 cup rice flour
1 cup besan flour
2 green chillies (more if like it hot)
1/2 bunch curry leaves
1/2 bunch coriander/cilantro
chana dal 1/2 cup
red chilly powder to taste
a pinch of turmeric
oil for deep frying
salt to taste
Method

Mix all the ingredients together and make them into disc shapes and deep fry them in oil.
Serve with ketchup or as it is.
Tip: Plantains tend to become dark after cutting, putting them in water after cutting will retain their color.
